US Letter, 8.5 x 11 inches. Print at 100 percent, actual size, do not scale to fit. Cardstock for the cover, spine inserts and dividers; text weight for the writing pages. Print the contributor cards on cardstock so they survive the mail. Borderless printing is not required, and the left margins allow for a three-hole punch, so nothing gets clipped.
