Where is my download?

Check your order confirmation email. The download link is at the bottom of the invoice. Click "View your order online," then "Download Now." The link only appears once your payment has gone through, so if you paid by bank transfer it may take a little longer to show up. If you cannot find it, email me and I will send the file straight to you.

Do I need any special software?

No. Everything is a PDF. It opens on a phone, a tablet, a laptop, or at a print shop. Nothing to install, nothing to subscribe to, no account to keep.

What if the file will not open or print?

Email me and I will sort it out. That is the fastest fix, and it is what I would want if it happened to me.

What paper do I need?

US Letter, 8.5 by 11 inches. Print at 100 percent, actual size, and turn off "fit to page" or "shrink to fit," which some browsers switch on by default. Cardstock is better for cards. Plain paper is fine for everything else.

Can I print it more than once?

Yes. Print as many copies as you like, for yourself or as a gift. Everything is undated, so you can print it again next year, and the year after. Please do not resell, share, or redistribute the files, or sell printed copies.

Do you give refunds?

Because these are digital files, all sales are final. If something will not open, prints wrong, or you accidentally bought twice, message me and I will fix it or refund you.

I lost my file. Can I get it again?

Yes. Email me with the name you ordered under and I will resend it. You will not be charged twice.
